| Minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights stay required. Stay must be booked by12/29/2008. Stay must be completed by 12/31/2008. Rooms at this (discounted) rate are limited and subject to availability. Offer may not be combined with other promotions or special offers. Offer not applicable to prior reservations, groups or conventions. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Rate is based on single/double occupancy. Maximum number of guests allowed in room: Studio -4, 1 bedroom -2, 2 bedroom -6. Taxes and gratuity not included. Offer must be requested at time of booking. If a cancellation notification is received thirty (30) days or more prior to scheduled arrival date, the customer will receive a full refund.
If a cancellation notification is received four (4) to twenty-nine (29) days prior to scheduled arrival date, the customer will be charged a penalty of ten percent (10%) of the total stay amount.
Cancellation notifications received within three (3) days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date, will receive no refund.
